Google and Airtel | The Story from behind

Recently, Google is Partnering with Airtel as fund raiser, but my gut feeling yells at me that Google may did some data related deal too. May be they did or not it's not officially confirmed, but I have found they did some integration with Airtel app

Airtel made Airtel thanks app mandatory for new user, ( means if you purchase an new Airtel sim u must install Airtel app to start your service or it won't start ), which is the official Airtel app for user to manage the phone number.

How data is taken from Airtel thanks app, if u have Airtel thanks app installed then Go to Setting-Google-Personalized using shared data, Here Google gets data from Google apps to give you more personalized ads but now it counts Airtel thanks app as Google app and gets data from it 

And matter of fact, Airtel thanks app can run without any permission given but even tho it ask a hell lots of permission,
